Consider a CSMA/CD network with maximum cable length of 20km and where the ratio of propagation speed to bandwidth (i.e. propagation speed / bandwidth) is 5 meters per bit. What is the minimum frame size in bytes?

I have searched all over, but can't find anything. How do I go about calculating the minimum frame size, based on this information given?
