How do I make a Search Bar with metadata

I'd like to make a section for my website, with images as you can see below. The issue is, how do I add a searchbar for tags and how do I add tags to the images so when I type for instance "food". It looks and shows every image with the food tag.

I know html, css and a bit of JS and php.
