I've been trying to extract general features for my Video based dataset. (link to paper: https://arxiv.org/abs/1801.04264) The author of the paper stated that they used the default feature extractor of C3D by Facebook. (Link to C3D: https://github.com/facebook/C3D) I've been going through the documentation of C3D and there is an example feature extractor in the code but it requires a certain bin file which we're supposed to build. Can't seem to figure that out on how to build it. Any guidance will be really appreciated, thanks!
