can't integrate hp alm with Arabic LDAP

I am trying to integrate hp ALM 12.60 with LDAP for authentication; the problem is some levels in AD is in Arabic language and ALM cant understand it ALM LDAP window

Any idea how to fix it or there is any workaround?
