How I can fix problem ads at my game that when I put it at playstore ads don’t show but before I put it is show ?

I have a problem at ads on my game, the ads work fine and load fast and everything fine when I just build the Apk and transfer it by USB cable to phone and download it, but when I put the game at Playstore the ads don’t work anymore, and I download the apk from playstore ads don’t work but when I just transfer from pc to phone by cable USB ads work very fine, any solution?
