Send and recieve information between phone and Arduino using BLE plugin in xamarin

I am trying to use BLE plugin to connect, get and send infromation between smartphone and Arduino. There are no troubles with arduino (I have downloaded some BLE console to check whether it gives information or not), but I just don't know how to send and recieve information in Xamarin. How can I do that?
