Unable to connect/SSH into Google Compute Engine

Configured NUod DB on Google Compute Enigne(centos 7), disabled thp(http://doc.nuodb.com/Latest/Content/Note-About-%20Using-Transparent-Huge-Pages.htm), after this i'm able to access Nuodb. after restart of gce instance, i'm unable to access/ssh into the server and ping also failing.
