how can i register application and ensure does not get copied to another computer

sorry about mistake my English is not good i have an program with access based and i put the record insertions limited and create a registration code with the hdd serial number and problem is the serial number of hdd is the drive c serial and with the format hdd eil be change and i have to give new code to customer i want to create unique serial number based hdd serial or another method So I can use my product commercially

I've already seen Peter's product, but unfortunately it's expensive, and for the time being I can not afford it
