i have .csv файл:
NAME;BIRTHDAY
vasya;01.01.2000
fedya;01.01.2010
kolya;01.01.2030

and some .txt:
[NAME] was born [BIRTHDAY]

whether there is a program for reading data from .csv and generate .txt file for any line in .csv
