Location based search algorithm

I am working on a algorithm as per below requirement.

I have set of customers in database with location lat-lon and number no visits to be done against every customer. Also i will have number of visits to be done in a day. I am trying to develop an algorithm which will give me day wise customer list to be visited.

I am unable to understand how this can be achieved.any help or guidance will be highly appreciated.
