NVIDIA DIGITS as scantron?

I didn't know where to put this as it's not really an issue, but more of a question to the community. Does anyone think it's possible to use NVIDIA DIGITS as like a scantron? I know DIGITS can accomplish text recognition (like the MNIST dataset), but would it be possible to take that a couple of steps further and "grade" a survey (for instance)? Like could I scan a survey with some options circled, send that scan through DIGITS, and receive a .csv file with the results in a list? Just wondering if it is a possibility and if anyone has tried it..
